Report Graphs/Charts

Graphs and charts in the reporting module need improvement. Increasingly customers expect more robust charts and graphs, which do not seem to be able to be created in the current version.

Additionally when told by Pro Gamma reports use OxyPlot as the graph engine, questions asked about implementing it in reports go unanswered. All of this leaves the developer with fewer options.

There appears to be a need to improve this functionality and there seems to be plenty of room for improvement. A new graphing engine for reports is needed.
