I have an Intel-based 2019 MacBook Pro running VMWare Fusion, and InDe works fine with it running under Windows 10/11 Intel 64-bit version.
You can run Windows 11 ARM Version under Parallels on a Mac M1 computer, but Windows 11 ARM has an emulation layer to run Intel x86_64 binaries, so that would slow InDe down a bit. But maybe the speed of the m1 is such that it would be just as fast as running under the older configuration like my Mac has. It would be interesting for someone to try it and report back.
VMWare Fusion is behind Parallels, though Fusion has a new preview out.
