ID Manager suddenly not working

I have been regularly updating my web app, and using ID Manager on my Upcloud server to manage my deployments. This morning I got only the Italian language version and the error below. I checked the RTC.db file to make sure it was for the correct language. I even copied it from my local computer. Any idea what may have caused that change?

From the screen shot it looks like the <IDManager Folder>\DBXML\ROOT.xml file (which stores all of the IDManager settings) is corrupt or missing. You might just try restarting IIS, maybe it is having trouble reading it.

Solved. For some reason the ROOT.xml file had become truncated. I compared it with a working copy from my local IDManager install and was able to paste in the missing section.
