Edgesuite error message

Some of my customers report this the error in the attached image. This just started appearing. It happens when they generate the report. The internet seems to want to point the finger at the MS Edge browser. I am not convinced.

Anyone else see this error and were you able to resolve it?

First time i see it. Can you reproduce the error? Could be useful to reproduce it with the browser web developer suite open and see the request to the server.

This is not a consistent error. Our customers have only started to report it recently. It happens when reports are generated. We have tried to troubleshoot it as to a particular browser, time of day, etc. We have looked at error logs and asked for help from our server managers. They set the app up on a dedicated appPool.

All the research I have done points to complains about MS Edge, but I still cannot believe that is cause given it and Chrome share the same Chromium base.

Not very helpfuil I know, but its the best information I have. I was hoping someone else might have information about the error and a fix.

I'm not sure if it's possible, but maybe IIS can be configured to log the requests coming from browsers along with their entire payload. That way, it might be possible to see what triggers the issue. Obviously, it would be a heavy log, so it should be enabled temporarily just to observe the case and then turned off.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will need to keep working on this. It is frustrating to have an error you cannot easily repeat.
