I completely understand what you're saying. That's why we're investing a lot in international documentation and new training method.

Unfortunately, like you said we haven't a big amount of international developers yet.

As for the document orientation I don't wanna be misunderstood, I was only trying to say that DO can be a little hard in the beginnings.
