Why this notice
This page describes the privacy policy for the website http://forum.instantdeveloper.com/ with regard to the processing of personal data about those who provide it to Pro Gamma SpA as part of participation on the forum.
This is a policy that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 also to those who interact with the web services provided by Pro Gamma SpA.
The policy is also modeled on Recommendation # 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Working Party (WP art. 29) adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and in particular, the methods, time periods, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes for which they connect.
This policy is valid only for the http://forum.instantdeveloper.com/ website, and not for any other websites that users may visit through links.
Purposes of the processing, legal basis, and retention
Processing of your personal data is necessary to allow you to correctly navigate this forum and its content. Processing of the aforementioned data does not require your consent, since it is a legitimate interest of the Data Controller to be able to offer correct navigation of its forum and guarantee adequate use of its content (art. 6, point f), GDPR).

The data provided to Pro Gamma SpA are processed principally with automated tools for the sole purposes indicated and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Data subject's rights
Under articles 15 through 21 and article 13 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to request from the Data Controller, using the channels provided above:
access to, rectification of, or deletion of personal data;
updating, or, where interested therein, integration of the data;;
anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
restriction of the processing of data concerning the data subject or to object to their processing;
their right to data portability.
The data subject, should they deem it necessary, may also lodge a complaint before a supervisory authority (for example the Data Protection Authority).
Types of data processed
Navigation data
The information systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire certain personal information during the course of their normal operations, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communications protocols.
The information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature, if processed and associated with data held by third parties, the information could make it possible to identify users.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers users use to connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user's operating system and IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of extracting anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to monitor its correct operation. The data is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data voluntarily supplied by the user
Registration: In order to enter content and/or posts in the forum, the user may decide to register, and consequently to provide their personal data to Pro Gamma SpA; the corresponding privacy policy can be reviewed before registering in the dedicated section of the forum website.
Forum posts: content can be optionally, explicitly, and voluntarily provided inside the forum. This content is visible to visitors (including those who are not registered), and as a rule it is presumed that it should not contain personal data of any kind. Should this occur, the Company may warn the user to delete the post.
Option to provide data
Providing data is optional, but may be essential for using the services offered, including on the site http://forum.instantdeveloper.com/.
Failure to provide data may make it impossible to satisfy the request.
Navigation without registering
Navigation of the site is free and open and does not necessarily require registration.
